**Role Overview**:
As a **Digital Marketing Specialist** at Featurii, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to attract, engage, and convert users into active participants on our platform. Your primary goal is to drive **user acquisition**, increase conversion to **Video CV adoption**, and strengthen Featurii’s positioning as a **selective and curated career platform**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across **SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising** to **grow user base**.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve engagement and conversions.
- Manage and optimize social media presence on **LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram** to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Content and Video teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with Featurii’s positioning as a **premium, curated platform**.
- Track **user acquisition KPIs, funnel performance, and conversion rates** using data analytics tools.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years in **performance marketing, digital strategy, or growth marketing**.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok marketing**.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation** (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Experience in **growth hacking techniques** and audience segmentation.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
