Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, generating leads, analyzing web performance, and optimizing marketing efforts based on data insights. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Manage campaign budgets, performance metrics, and reporting cadence.

  • Analyze data across the funnel (traffic → leads → conversions) to identify insights and optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Content, Design, and Tech teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking setup.
  • Build and automate dashboards using Google Data Studio or similar tools.
  • Test and apply AI/automation tools for bidding, reporting, and creative optimization.
  • Stay on top of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad trends.

Qualifications

    • years of experience managing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation

  • Familiarity with AI or automation tools for performance marketing is a bonus.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and UTM tracking.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the B2B/SAAS industry is a plus
