**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
We are looking for a dynamic Data Entry Operator / Specialist with impeccable organizational skills and excellent knowledge of data management. Experience working with EPR systems is required.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for entering, tracking, investigating, and correcting inventory using NetSuite ERP
- Executing data entries into ERP system and ensuring that data is flowing correctly
- Verifying and coordinating customer/vendor information input
- Identifying and reviewing discrepancies in data received, requesting clarification, advising of issues and performing data verification routines
- Tracking documents received and completion dates
- Create and maintain reports to provide accurate and timely information to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and consistent data entry across all areas of the company
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategy discussions

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Working knowledge of Netsuite or similar ERP such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Dynamics 365, Infor or Sage
- Strong data entry skills, alpha and numeric
- Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of data entry proficient in Excel, Google sheets or databases
- Highly motivated, customer centric with excellent detail/accuracy, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding time frames
- English skills an asset
