**Overview**:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented **Accounting Data Entry Specialist** to join our finance and accounting team. You will be responsible for accurately entering invoice data, assisting with bookkeeping tasks, and maintaining financial records. This role is perfect for someone with basic accounting knowledge who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with growth potential. **Your Responsibilities**:

- Enter invoice and financial data into the accounting systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation of invoices.
- Enter and track company expenses.
- Reconcile records and ensure financial data accuracy in the database.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks and other accounting-related duties.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to meet deadlines.

**Your Skills**:

- Basic accounting knowledge or experience with bookkeeping.
- Experience with QuickBooks and or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with numbers and handle data entry efficiently.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems or other financial systems is a plus.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
