As our Growth team is expanding, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is driven and passionate about media planning & buying. The role offers great opportunities to manage & optimize a full-scale digital campaign with a large budget. This role report directly to the Head of Growth.
Main Responsibilities
Develop media buying strategies together with the Marketing Manager/Head of Growth
Optimize ad network campaign performance & channel mix, including planning & executing A/B tests on content, messages, and creatives
Liaise with in-house creative & communication executive to conceptualize and design creative materials for various social media
Proactively identify fact-based trends and opportunities within the campaigns to drive business objectives
Keep up with the latest Search Marketing trends and platform features
Maintain clear communication with team members and share optimization insights
Produce campaign report weekly, monthly and quarterly

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
2+ years experience managing performance-based marketing campaigns, managing a paid advertising budget of at least 10,000 USD a month on different social platforms Facebook, Google
Analytical mindset for analysis and reporting. Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Having the ability to understand and analyze Google Analytics
Highly motivated, result oriented, and a team player
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, written and spoken
Preferred
Having knowledge of SEO optimization is strongly preferred
Experience in optimizing content and design on social platforms
