Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management
  : Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• E-commerce Advertising
  : Leverage experience in Shopee, Amazon, or similar platforms to drive sales and visibility for the brand's e-commerce stores.
• Data Analytics
  : Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms to derive actionable insights and improve KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Traffic & Landing Page Optimization
  : Evaluate
  traffic performance
  and
  product landing page performance
  to identify bottlenecks and suggest data-driven recommendations to enhance
  conversion rates.
• Content Strategy
  : Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with brand voice and drive engagement.
• A/B Testing
  : Design and implement A/B tests for ads and landing pages to optimize performance and maximize conversions.
• Budget Management
  : Monitor and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Reporting
  : Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, optimization strategies, and areas for improvement.
• Trend Awareness
  : Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Experience
  :
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing
  Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
  campaigns.
• Proven track record in e-commerce advertising on platforms like
  Shopee, Amazon
  , or similar (highly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze
  traffic performance
  and
  product landing page performance
  and implement strategies to optimize
  conversion rates
  .
• Technical Skills
  :
• Strong proficiency in
  data analytics
  tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, or similar).
• Familiarity with campaign management and optimization tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager).
• Experience with landing page optimization tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar) is a plus.
• Content Sense
  : Exceptional ability to understand and guide the creation of engaging ad content that drives clicks and conversions.
• Analytical Mindset
  : Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for improving campaign and landing page performance.
• Communication
  : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights.
