1.Quản lý & Cập nhật Nội dung Sản phẩm

  • Thực hiện đăng tải và cập nhật thông tin sản phẩm: tiêu đề, mô tả, bullet points, hình ảnh, video, A+ content… theo hướng dẫn.
  • Đảm bảo thông tin sản phẩm đầy đủ, chính xác, đúng chuẩn nhận diện thương hiệu và phù hợp quy định của sàn (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair…).
  • Kiểm tra thường xuyên các listing để phát hiện lỗi sai hoặc nội dung chưa tối ưu.

2.SEO & Tối ưu Từ khóa

  • Thực hiện nghiên cứu từ khóa cơ bản bằng công cụ (Helium 10, Jungle Scout…).
  • Chèn từ khóa vào tiêu đề, mô tả, backend keywords theo hướng dẫn để tăng hiển thị tìm kiếm.
  • Cập nhật nội dung dựa trên xu hướng từ khóa mới hoặc thay đổi thuật toán.

3.Triển khai Nội dung Hình ảnh & Video

  • Phối hợp với designer để chuẩn bị hình ảnh, infographic, video cho listing.
  • Đảm bảo các file đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật (kích thước, độ phân giải, định dạng) và thể hiện rõ tính năng sản phẩm.
  • Hỗ trợ cập nhật Amazon Brand Store hoặc gian hàng theo chỉ đạo từ Leader.

4.Quản lý Launch & Promotion

  • Chuẩn bị nội dung cho sản phẩm mới trước khi lên sàn (ảnh, mô tả, thông số, giá, file upload).
  • Cập nhật nội dung khuyến mãi, campaign theo kế hoạch (ví dụ: sale event, coupon callout…).
  • Đảm bảo nội dung được revert lại sau khi kết thúc chương trình.

5.Báo cáo

  • Báo cáo tình hình kinh doanh theo tuần, tháng, quý, năm cho quản lí trực tiếp
  • Báo cáo tình hình chi phí, lợi nhuận hằng tuần, tháng, quý

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường TMĐT
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm Amazon là lợi thế
  • Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu, sử dụng Google Analytics và các công cụ báo cáo khác.
  • Ưu tiên: Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Affiliate Marketing và tối ưu chiến lược quảng cáo trực tuyến.
