Role Description

1.     Planning & Sales Forecasting:

Develop GMV plans by month/quarter/year for each platform (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.)

Forecast sales by SKU and campaign

Propose strategic and core SKUs for each period

2.     Promotion Planning & Platform Collaboration:

Develop plans to participate in major campaigns: sitewide sales, double-day events (6.6, 11.11, etc.), livestreams, and brand campaigns

Negotiate and work with KAMs (Shopee, TikTok) to optimize display slots and media support

Manage and allocate promotional budgets (vouchers, gifts, combo, coins, etc.)

3.     Store & Product Management:

Manage official online stores: product images, descriptions, and SEO keywords

Ensure product listings are always updated with accurate pricing, promotions, and stock availability

Propose and implement combo deals, gift offers, and cross-sell packages

4.     Performance Tracking & Optimization:

Monthly/ Quarterly & Yearly performance reports

Keep track, learn & evaluate every campaign to improve in the next campaign.

Track operational metrics such as revenue and expenses, apply results forecasting tools to drive sales or optimize resource allocation.

Deploy related paperwork.

Monitor and report the performance indicators (KPI) of Brand ecommerce website.

5.     Cross team Collaboration:

Work closely with SCM team to ensure adequate stock & proper inventory rotation

Work with Media to run conversion ads (PMAX, Shop Ads…)

Connect with Brand team to unify campaign goals & messages
