đủ nhanh – đủ sắc – đủ dữ liệu để đồng hành cùng giai đoạn scale-up.

, hiểu cách đọc dữ liệu từ
Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart
, và thích xây dashboard "mượt – đẹp – có insight thật sự", thì đây sẽ là môi trường cực phù hợp.

Mục tiêu vị trí

  • Xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống dashboard hỗ trợ 3 phòng ban chính:

+ Ecommerce
(doanh thu, margin, refund, ads/PPC)

+ Supply Chain
(inventory, leadtime, shipment)

+ Kế toán nội bộ
(doanh thu – chi phí – lợi nhuận)

  • Chuẩn hóa dữ liệu từ nền tảng bán hàng & dữ liệu nội bộ.
  • Phân tích xu hướng, cảnh báo rủi ro và đề xuất insight actionable cho CEO.
  • Tối ưu quy trình nhập liệu và tự động hóa các báo cáo đang làm thủ công.

Yêu cầu năng lực

  • Thành thạo
    Looker Studio
    hoặc
    Power BI
    .
  • Mạnh về Google Sheets (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, REGEX…).
  • Tư duy phân tích tốt, thích dashboard sạch – logic.
  • Có kinh nghiệm đọc dữ liệu Ecommerce là lợi thế lớn.

Kinh nghiệm

  • Tối thiểu
    2 năm
    kinh nghiệm BI Specialist / Data Analyst.
  • Ưu tiên đã từng làm Ecommerce hoặc vận hành doanh nghiệp xuất khẩu.

Chế độ & Thu nhập

  • Lương: Thoả thuận
  • Cơ hội thăng tiến:
    BI Specialist → Senior BI → Lead Data Analyst
