Mô tả công việc

  • Phân tích & tổng hợp dữ liệu kinh doanh (Revenue, P&L, TACOS, Forecast) để cung cấp insight cho CCO & BU Manager.
  • Xây dựng, duy trì hệ thống báo cáo vận hành và thương mại (Google Sheets, Power BI, Notion...) đảm bảo đúng – đủ – kịp thời.
  • Theo dõi tiến độ dự án giữa các BU, quản lý timeline – checklist – RACI – SOW.
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance để đồng bộ kế hoạch kinh doanh và hoạt động triển khai.
  • Đề xuất cải tiến nhằm tăng hiệu quả quy trình, tối ưu dòng thông tin và giảm thời gian xử lý dữ liệu.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương: Business Analyst, BizOps, PMO Specialist hoặc Operations Analyst, ...
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong Retail, Fashion, FMCG, E-commerce hoặc môi trường kinh doanh đa kênh.
  • Mạnh về phân tích & lập báo cáo (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau là lợi thế).
  • Có khả năng làm việc liên phòng ban hiệu quả, giao tiếp tốt và theo dõi nhiều đầu việc song song.
  • Phong cách làm việc chủ động – linh hoạt – cầu tiến.
