SALE SUPPORTS

1)   In charge tasks in system (PUMA, CLOVER)& check with relevant team (FAD, GRA, QMDS…) regarding to technical document,  check TOX, MNC, fragrance detail…

Receive oil request from sale team & customer, proceed request, follow up with courier (DHL/Fedex) to make custom clearance and send oil to requestor

3) Quotation to customer & request to update in the system

ADMINISTRATION

1) Receive sample (market products) request, search & prepare and send out market sample request in time

2) Manage petty cash, ensure that invoices are sent to accounts for record send monthly report

3) Collect invoice, send  request payment to supplier twice a moth for all IFF VN

4) Coordinate various office support services, including supervising purchasing processes and selecting vendors, negotiate to get the good price from the supplier

for office & sale operation

SALE SERVICES

1) Receive PO, all inquiry from customer via mail, phone. Key order in system directly with Singapore & US & NL plant both sample request in PACMAN & commercial order in SAP

2) Follow up shipping schedule ship from plant to customer, update to customer. Check & send soft & hard copy shipping document to customer

3) Support  customer request regarding to shipment schedule (advance/delay shipment, increase/decrease qty, split BL…), receive customer request, work with factory team and confirm to customer.

4) Follow up with Finance about the overdue, work with customer for payment plan. Follow up to collect remittance & update to Finance weekly

5) Proceed to update customer date if need (payment term/address/name change…)

The number of PO increasing year by year, she usually work overtime, especially holiday to meet customer PO date
