Business Development Executive

Our customer is a leading distributor of high-end fitness and wellness equipment across Vietnam and the Indochina region, serving luxury hotels, branded residences, corporate wellness suites, fitness clubs, and HNW clients for their private home gyms.
As part of our business expansion into
premium home and lifestyle wellness solutions
, you will play a key role in identifying, consulting, and closing with
high-net-worth and design-driven consumers
, as well as collaborating with
architects, interior designers, and luxury property developers
to create beautiful, functional wellness spaces.
1. Job Description
1. Client Development & Advisory
- Qualify inbound/outbound leads and conduct needs discovery (fitness goals, space constraints, budget, aesthetic preferences).
- Develop personalized proposals including equipment selection, layout options, moodboards, and material recommendations.
- Host consultations (in-showroom, on-site, or virtual), perform site checks and coordinate demos/trials.
- Negotiate pricing, bundles, and service packages; handle objections; and close deals professionally.
2. Design & Project Collaboration
- Work closely with internal Design/Technical teams to produce layout drawings (CAD/PDF) and installation plans aligned with interior design schemes.
- Liaise with architects, interior design firms, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
- Build referral networks with developers, concierge services, personal trainers, sports clubs, galleries, and luxury retailers.
- Support KOL/influencer seeding and exclusive client showcases.
3. Pipeline, CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot or similar) for leads, activities, quotations, and after-sales notes.
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecasts.
- Coordinate with the Finance team on deposits, invoicing schedules, and payment milestones.
4. After-Sales Service
- Oversee delivery timelines, quality checks, and ensure a white-glove installation experience.
- Facilitate client onboarding: product setup, education, and service schedule.
- Execute creative engagement programs: anniversary check-ins, upgrades, and referral campaigns.
2. Experience:
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles.
Key Competencies:
- Taste & Aesthetics:
Strong sense of design, fashion, or interiors; a personal portfolio or social media (IG/Pinterest) showcasing curation skills is a plus. - Client Advisory:
Confident working with high-net-worth clients; consultative, discreet, and polished in communication. - Industry Background (Preferred):
Experience in luxury retail, premium home/lifestyle, interior design, hospitality,
wellness/fitness,
or high-end consumer products/ furniture - Digital Fluency:
Proficient in CRM (HubSpot) and capable of leveraging AI tools for proposals, visuals, and communication.
