As we are expanding our vibrant portfolio in Asia, we are looking for a Design Manager to join our growing team in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and development of F&B and hospitality spaces, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to create integrated design solutions.
  • Manage design projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform and inspire innovative design strategies.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the design process.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to F&B and hospitality environments.
  • Coordinate between different disciplines including Interior design consultant, MEP consultant, Structural Consultant, etc.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management, specifically within the F&B and hospitality sectors, preferably on the client side. Local experience will be highly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful F&B and hospitality design projects, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D rendering tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of current trends in F&B and hospitality, including customer preferences and operational considerations.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Experience with sustainable design practices in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing, and customer experience strategies specific to hospitality.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, vendor management, and working with contractors.
