Your Role: Strategic Partner & Culture Leader

You will be the central strategic partner responsible for all human resources functions across our three operational sites: the remote Topas Ecolodge in Hoang Lien National Park, our operations base in Sa Pa, and our administrative office in Hanoi.

Key Focus Areas:


Strategic Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring 100% compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Tax requirements across all locations.

Recruitment & Community: Lead the entire hiring life-cycle with a strong focus on attracting and retaining local talent, particularly from ethnic minority communities, empowering their professional growth.

Talent Development: Design, manage, and implement performance reviews and internal training programs (e.g., leadership, service standards) that elevate our team of over 200 staff.

Administration: Oversee payroll, benefits, and maintain accurate records for our multi-site operations.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who is passionate about both people and purposeful travel.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism sector is highly preferred.

Bilingualism: Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

Expertise: Deep, proven knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, social insurance, and compliance.

Agility: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations, balancing the needs of a remote mountain lodge with urban administrative requirements.
