365 Travel is a local destination management company based in Vietnam & Southeast Asia. We specialize in creating high-quality, tailor-made travel experiences across Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand.

We are looking for a
Visa & Flight Booking Executive
to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation and support to customers regarding flight tickets: fares, itineraries, ticket conditions, procedures, and required documents.
  • Manage flight bookings from the initial request until the completion of the customer's journey.
  • Handle arising situations quickly and effectively.
  • Advise customers on the best routes and destinations; process bookings, issue quotations, and handle ticket issuance, refunds, and cancellations as required.
  • Remind customers of booking deadlines, payment due dates, and required travel documents; guide them through check-in procedures and update them promptly on any flight changes.
  • Coordinate with airlines to request series tickets, adhoc tickets, and group bookings.
  • Proactively propose solutions and provide professional advice to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, eager to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems is an advantage (training will be provided if not).
  • Good communication skills, open-minded, motivated, and customer-oriented.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible in supporting customers.
  • Able to handle flexible problem-solving in ticketing (training provided for those without prior experience).
  • Willing to research and advise customers on the best flight routes.
  • Long-term commitment to the company.
  • Able to use English in daily work (
    (reading comprehension required).

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
  • Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30
