Vietnam Sales Manager

I-Talent is supporting our Client - a globally recognized manufacturer of high-performance cutting tools in hiring a National Sales Manager of Operations in Vietnam.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the local cutting tool market in Vietnam, while managing P&L and operational efficiency. It also involves maintaining strong client relationships and close collaboration with headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Sales growth and market expansion strategy execution
- Key client relationship management and business development
- P&L management and resource allocation
- Operational and inventory optimization
- People Management
- Reporting and collaboration with headquarters
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of Sales experience (8+ years in the cutting tool industry)
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Experience working in a global company required
- English proficiency required.
Working location: Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh
Reporting: to Managing Director of Vietnam and relevant departments of HQ
