Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Design Assistant Manager, located in Hanoi. The MEP Design Assistant Manager will assist in the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. This includes day-to-day tasks such as preparing and reviewing design documents, working closely with project teams, ensuring that designs meet all regulatory requirements, and contributing to project planning and scheduling. The role also involves liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of project components.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in MEP system design, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Experience in project management and coordination within the construction industry
  • Ability to prepare and review technical documents and design specifications
  • Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications or licensure is a plus
  • Experience working within the Vietnamese market or familiarity with local regulations is preferred
