Tổng quan công việc

Vị trí này đóng vai trò chiến lược trong việc xây dựng và phát triển toàn bộ hệ thống nhân sự cho một thương hiệu thời trang Việt Nam đang trong giai đoạn scale-up mạnh. Ứng viên sẽ trực tiếp tư vấn và đồng hành cùng CEO trong việc hoàn thiện cấu trúc tổ chức, văn hoá, và hệ thống quản trị nhân sự phù hợp với tốc độ mở rộng của doanh nghiệp.

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Xây dựng chiến lược nhân sự tổng thể, bao gồm hoạch định nhân lực, đánh giá hiệu quả công việc, và phát triển đội ngũ kế thừa.
  • Cố vấn trực tiếp cho C-level về chiến lược nhân sự, tổ chức và văn hoá doanh nghiệp.
  • Quản lý và dẫn dắt phòng Nhân sự gồm 10 thành viên (5 TA), đảm bảo hiệu quả tuyển dụng, đào tạo và duy trì nhân tài.
  • Hoàn thiện hệ thống khung năng lực, chính sách lương thưởng, đánh giá KPI và lộ trình phát triển nhân viên.
  • Xây dựng văn hoá làm việc minh bạch, chủ động, gắn kết phù hợp với đội ngũ trẻ.
  • Đảm bảo tính tuân thủ và hiệu quả của toàn bộ hoạt động nhân sự trong doanh nghiệp.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bắt buộc:

  • 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Nhân sự, trong đó tối thiểu 3 năm ở vị trí Quản lý cấp cao.
  • Có kinh nghiệm trong startup hoặc doanh nghiệp đang giai đoạn mở rộng nhanh (scale-up).
  • Mạnh về hoạch định chiến lược nhân sự và tư duy tổ chức, có khả năng cố vấn cho C-level.
  • Phong cách làm việc linh hoạt, cởi mở, phù hợp với môi trường tốc độ cao và đội ngũ tr.ẻ
  • Ưu tiên có tinh thần lăn xả và tư duy hiện đại).

Ưu tiên:

  • Từng quản lý nhân sự trong ngành thời trang, bán lẻ hoặc thương mại điện tử.
  • Có kinh nghiệm triển khai HR framework từ giai đoạn khởi tạo.
  • Thành thạo hệ thống HRIS và quản trị hiệu suất theo KPI/OKR.
  • Từng làm việc trực tiếp với CEO/Founder trong doanh nghiệp tăng trưởng nhanh.

Doanh nghiệp thời trang Việt Nam quy mô hơn 300 nhân sự, 20 cửa hàng bán lẻ và hệ thống vận hành kho bãi Bắc – Nam. Mục tiêu trở thành thương hiệu thời trang nội địa số 1 Việt Nam vào năm 2028. Môi trường làm việc năng động, tốc độ, hướng tới hiệu quả và trao quyền cho nhân sự trẻ.

Thời gian làm việc

Thứ Hai – Thứ Sáu: 8:30 – 17:30

Thứ Bảy: Làm việc 2 buổi/tháng.
