Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective hiring strategies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, social media, referrals, networking,...
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities: document collection, contract preparation, and welcome announcements
  • Offboarding: Coordinate exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, complete clearance steps, and update HR records.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks and manage office equipment to ensure it is operational.
  • Work with suppliers on procurement, payments, and acceptance procedures, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Organize and archive official documents, contracts, and related paperwork.
  • Monitor employee schedules, timekeeping, and attendance.
  • Plan purchases and payments according to company needs.
  • Execute other tasks assigned by the Department Head or Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Agile, agile, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using office information technology applications.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, persistent, hard-working, able to withstand pressure and high work intensity.
