We are a product-ready Blockchain/Web3 company based in Hanoi, Vietnam, now entering the decisive global expansion phase:


• International STO


• Nasdaq IPO with target valuation ≥ $20B and pre-IPO revenue ≥ $600M

We are seeking an outstanding
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to define the 5–10-year strategic vision, build a world-class leadership team, and personally lead the company through its public listing journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Shape and drive the long-term company strategy and roadmap

* Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing C-level team

* Oversee the STO execution and Nasdaq IPO process end-to-end

* Represent the company with governments, regulators, and strategic partners worldwide

* Manage relationships among Board of Directors, DAO Foundation, and major investors

* Collaborate closely with CFO, CLO, and CIO on global compliance and hybrid capital structure (equity + token)

Required Experience & Qualifications

* Minimum 10 years of C-level leadership in multinational organizations

* Direct involvement in at least one IPO (Nasdaq experience strongly preferred)

* Proven track record of raising ≥ $1 billion (equity and/or token)

* Deep expertise in Blockchain, DePIN, AI-driven fintech, and international compliance

* Hands-on experience with hybrid capital structures and Security Token offerings

* Exceptional diplomatic and global alliance-building skills

* Full professional proficiency in English

* Success in scaling Blockchain/Web3 teams from 0 → 100+ members
