Our client, a leading renewable energy technology company is seeking a passionate and results-driven
Senior Business Development Manager
to drive growth across key regional markets.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the company's position in the
solar inverter and energy storage system (ESS)
segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and solution offerings.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support informed business decisions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry engagement.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable business terms.
  • Serve as the key contact for major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Work with marketing teams to create campaigns that generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Track pipeline progress and provide regular sales performance updates to management.
  • Provide regular business reports and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the solar industry, preferably with solar inverters or energy storage systems (ESS).
  • Strong understanding of solar inverters and residential/commercial PV systems.
  • Existing network within the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.
