We are now expanding our sales force in Vietnam to strengthen enterprise partnerships and grow our portfolio of products & services.
As GIANTY's Senior Business Development Representative in Vietnam, you'll represent a diverse portfolio of products and services, including branding solutions, smart CRM, and more.
We are seeking a driven Senior Business Development Manager to expand a Japanese-rooted branding solution in Vietnam. In this role, you will acquire and manage corporate clients, collaborate with marketing on go-to-market campaigns, and work with internal teams to deliver branded game solutions that help companies engage families and young audiences. You will play a key part in building long-term client partnerships, supporting implementation, and strengthening GIANTY's presence in the brand activation and entertainment market.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sales materials and collaborate with the marketing team to run go-to-market campaigns
- Drive new client acquisition and manage the sales pipeline across enterprise accounts in Vietnam.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (BODs/Managers, Legal, Finance, Product/Technical) to structure deals, contracts, and payment terms aligned with company policies.
- Follow up with the operations team during the development of branded games and provide ongoing client support after sales.
- Represent GIANTY at industry events, networking dinners, and partner engagements to strengthen visibility and trust in the market.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to support business strategy and portfolio prioritization.
Requirements
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with ability to travel.
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, preferably with a background in media agencies and digital marketing agencies.
- Strong track record in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of corporate procurement and decision-making processes in Vietnam.
- Proven ability to navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Communicative Japanese or English.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and consultative approach in client interactions.
