Key Responsibilities

1. Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer behavior, and industry dynamics.
  • Analyze competitor products, pricing, go-to-market models, and distribution strategies.
  • Segment target customers and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute
    product marketing strategies
    to drive awareness, adoption, and sales performance.
  • Define brand positioning, value propositions, and key differentiators.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Organize and execute industry events, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and corporate programs.
  • Build and maintain strong visibility across digital platforms, including social media, website, and media channels.

3. Customer Acquisition & Partnership Development

  • Identify and engage potential customers through multiple acquisition channels.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with
    Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
    and industry partners to strengthen brand credibility and influence.

4. Sales Enablement & Channel Expansion

  • Develop marketing and sales support materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement
    distribution expansion strategies
    .

5. Performance Management & Reporting

  • Define KPIs for marketing initiatives and campaigns; monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Deliver regular market insights and performance reports to management.
  • Oversee daily activities of the marketing team and ensure effective execution.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to support cross-functional projects aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in a Marketing Manager or similar role;
    healthcare/dental industry experience is highly preferred
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
    overseas education is a plus
    .
  • Experience working with international healthcare companies preferred.
  • Fluent English
    (written and spoken).
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with
    CRM and marketing automation tools
    .
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.

Preferred

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Experience in developing interactive platforms or digital solutions.
  • Established media and industry networks.
  • Willingness to travel for business and industry events.
