Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing initiatives that grow our brand and connect with customers. This role combines strategic leadership with execution, requiring the ability to develop effective marketing plans while directly managing campaigns, budgets, and deliverables. Success in this position depends on strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Roles & Responsibilities:

You will drive company's profitability by:

  • Developing marketing strategies: Creating plans and campaigns to promote the company's products or services
  • Identifying target audiences: Identifying potential markets and consumer needs
  • Crafting messaging: Developing compelling messaging to reach potential customers
  • Managing budgets: Managing resources and budgets
  • Influencing pricing: Influencing pricing strategies
  • Contributing to business goals: Collaborating with other departments to create marketing initiatives that align with the company's goals
  • Staying informed: Keeping up with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
  • Reporting on metrics: Reporting on marketing metrics.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Advertising teams to ensure unified execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels, marketing strategies, and branding.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and sales within the IT services or technology sector.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
