Role Description

K&B Sync is seeking a 
Marketing Manager

to lead our global marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence across markets. This full-time, on-site position in 
Hanoi

offers opportunities to 
travel occasionally to China and Dubai

, where our extended operations are based.

  • Develop and execute 
    strategic marketing plans
     aligned with company growth objectives
  • Manage 
    digital and offline campaigns
    , ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact
  • Conduct 
    market and competitor research
     to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Lead and inspire a marketing team with clarity, empathy, and accountability
  • Collaborate across departments to translate commercial goals into actionable marketing results
  • Represent the 
    voice and values
     of K&B Sync through thoughtful, authentic communication

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in 
    marketing strategy, campaign management, and project execution
  • Skilled in 
    market analysis, brand positioning, and content strategy
  • Proficient in 
    digital marketing tools, social media, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent 
    communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • A 
    collaborative mindset:
    we value professionals who share ideas and speak up with kindness and purpose
  • Experience in 
    international trade, logistics, or supply chain sectors
     is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree
     in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's not required)
  • Fluency in English
    ; additional languages are a plus
