Your responsibilities will include:Assisting in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Monitoring social media trends and competitor activitiesEngaging with followers and responding to comments/messagesAssisting in data tracking and performance reportsBrainstorming creative ideas with the marketing teamAssisting other departments in enhancing the company's presence across platformsResearching videos and creative materials for events, and staying up to date with trends in the industryRequirementsCurrently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Hospitality Management, or any related fieldPassion for social media, content creation, and hospitalityStrong communication skills in English (IELTS 6.0, TOEIC > 650, or other related certificates)Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trendsCreative mindset with an eye for visuals and storytellingExperience with Canva, CapCut, or other design/editing tools is a plusAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat We OfferA hands-on learning experience in hospitality marketingMentorship from experienced professionals in the industryOpportunities to contribute creative ideas and see them come to lifeInternational working environmentJoin us and help tell the story of MA Hospitality Group to the world
