We are seeking a
Social Media & Communication Lead
who understands how to shape brand stories for the digital age. Someone who lives and breathes social platforms, keeps a pulse on global trends, and knows how to turn insights into beautiful, effective communication.
This is a role for a pioneer. You are part strategist, part storyteller, and part creative mentor. You will help luxury hospitality brands find their voice, build their communities, and set new standards for social storytelling.
Responsibilities
· Lead the social media and communication strategy across Advant Labs' portfolio of luxury hospitality clients, ensuring each brand expresses a distinctive voice and elevated storytelling style.
· Own the creative and communication quality across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn, guiding how brands show up, speak, and engage online.
· Develop platform-specific strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and cultivate meaningful communities.
· Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behaviors, translating cultural insights into actionable creative and communication directions.
· Shape and uphold each brand's tone of voice, ensuring consistency across social content, campaigns, and brand communications.
· Mentor and train creative trainees to grow their skills in social storytelling, platform mastery, and communication craft.
· Collaborate with internal strategy, media, and client-success teams to ensure social narratives align with campaign objectives and business goals.
· Be hands-on when needed, crafting or refining key messages, captions, or creative briefs that set the quality benchmark.
· Act as a communication pioneer, exploring emerging platforms, storytelling formats, and influencer collaborations to expand each brand's social footprint.
· Monitor performance and community sentiment, turning insights into continuous improvement across tone, storytelling, and engagement.
You're a Fit If You
· Have
4–6 years of experience
in social media, brand communication, or digital content strategy, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
· Understand how to connect creative storytelling with performance outcomes.
· Can think strategically and communicate clearly, both with teams and clients.
· Are deeply fluent in social platforms, from trend dynamics and community language to creative best practices.
· Have a strong sense of visual taste and tone, knowing what makes content feel premium, authentic, and human.
· Are excited to mentor young creators and foster a culture of creativity and curiosity.
· Balance creativity with discipline, and ambition with empathy.

Requirements
· Proven experience managing social media accounts or communication strategies for premium brands.
· Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats.
· Deep understanding of social platform dynamics and engagement psychology.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Confidence in reviewing and improving creative outputs to meet brand standards.
· Bonus: experience in influencer marketing, PR coordination, or community-building campaigns.
