Job Summary

The Social Media Freelancer is responsible for executing social media and influencer campaign activities based on approved plans. You will coordinate with partners, manage content publishing, monitor campaign progress, and support reporting to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.

Job Responsibilities

1. SNS Management

  • Operate and maintain brand social media profiles, ensuring timely responses to comments and inbox messages.
  • Publish content across SNS channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Forums, etc.) according to the approved content calendar.
  • Support interactive activities such as mini-games, contests, and community engagement.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports (e.g., post engagement, fan growth, responsiveness).
  • Stay updated with platform trends and suggest content format improvements when relevant.

2. Social Outreach Execution

  • Execute influencer and social outreach campaigns based on approved plans and creative direction.
  • Coordinate with influencers, communities, and fan pages (from mega to nano) to ensure timely posting and correct content delivery.
  • Track campaign progress, collect performance data, and flag any issues during execution.
  • Stay updated on trending platforms and rising influencers to support campaign execution.

3. Project Execution Support

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather materials and ensure smooth execution.
  • Participate in briefings and support proposal/report preparation with relevant data.
  • Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure execution aligns with KPIs.
  • Support other execution-related tasks as required by the project.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Good at communication in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Calm and solution-oriented when handling execution issues.
  • Good at tracking timelines, coordinating tasks, and reporting.
  • Quick to adapt to social media trends and platform updates.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and supportive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience and Education

  • 1-2 years of experience in advertising or campaign execution roles.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and influencer collaboration processes.
  • Understanding of agency workflows and campaign execution timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
