RECRUITMENT: SOCIAL MEDIA LEADER

Work location:
An Khanh Ward – Ho Chi Minh City

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop plans and execute Social Media Campaigns, Packaging, POSM, and Brand Activities.

· Understand the mechanics and trends of each Social Media platform; plan and execute content tailored to each channel.

· Measure Social Media performance indicators that reflect Brand Recall through executed campaigns.

· Negotiate and work with well-known KOLs/KOCs.

2. Creative Team Management

· Manage the Content, Designer, and Video Editor teams, ensuring projects are executed on time, aligned with direction, and delivered with high quality.

· Develop bold, innovative, and impactful creative ideas that bring measurable effectiveness.

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team while maintaining high creative standards.

· Ensure all final outputs meet communication objectives and follow the company's brand guidelines.

3. External Partnership Building

· Build and maintain strong relationships with packaging and production partners for campaign execution.

· Collaborate closely with other departments to align creative direction and ensure output quality in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

· Strong aesthetic sense in cosmetics, luxury beauty, futuristic visuals, and storytelling through imagery.

· Proven track record in creating impactful communication campaigns (a plus).

· Deep understanding of Digital and Social Media formats.

· Experience working directly with celebrities, influencers, or creators in campaigns.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and campaign types simultaneously.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant creative experience.

· Good English communication skills (both verbal and written), confident in presenting to international partners.
