The Role

With over 4 million followers across our social media platforms, we're looking for a confident, creative, and independent Social Media Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment.

You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and building authentic relationships with our global community of English learners. We're looking for someone who's not afraid to get hands-on, experiment with new ideas, and bring energy and personality to our online presence.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

(Please note: only candidates currently based in Ho Chi Minh City will be considered.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, short videos, and stories across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Manage and grow our online community by interacting with followers and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Monitor social trends, identify growth opportunities, and propose innovative campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong ability to craft compelling, culturally relevant, and engaging content
  • Experience in content strategy and copywriting in English
  • Self-starter with great organization and time-management skills
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics
  • Creative, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive or diverse community interactions with care

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing social media accounts in the education, app, or lifestyle space
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
  • Understanding of influencer collaborations
  • A genuine passion for language learning, education, or content creation
