VAI TRÒ VỊ TRÍ

Bạn sẽ là người chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc quản lý, phát triển nội dung và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất của các kênh truyền thông xã hội để kết nối với khách hàng toàn cầu.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

  • Quản lý Kênh & Chiến dịch:
    Quản lý và phát triển toàn diện các kênh mạng xã hội (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, v.v.). Lên kế hoạch và triển khai các chiến dịch Marketing qua Social Media.
  • Sáng tạo Nội dung Đa nền tảng:
    Viết bài và tối ưu hóa nội dung hấp dẫn, sáng tạo cho các kênh Social, bài viết SEO trên website, và các nền tảng E-commerce nhằm thu hút người dùng và tăng nhận diện thương hiệu. Hỗ trợ cho các buổi Live Stream.
  • Phân tích Hiệu suất:
    Theo dõi, phân tích dữ liệu hiệu suất (Engagement, Reach, Conversion Rate) và báo cáo định kỳ. Đưa ra các đề xuất cải tiến dựa trên số liệu.
  • Nghiên cứu Thị trường & Khách hàng:
    Nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về
    Customer Insight
    , thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh để triển khai nội dung tiếp cận khách hàng một cách hiệu quả nhất.
  • Phối hợp Liên phòng ban:
    Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các team liên quan (Sales, Design, Product) để đảm bảo đạt được các chỉ số KPIs quan trọng (lượt tiếp cận, tương tác, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, v.v.).

YÊU CẦU

  • Kinh nghiệm:
    Tối thiểu
    1 năm kinh nghiệm
    ở vị trí Content Marketing hoặc Social Media Marketing, với kinh nghiệm tạo nội dung bằng
    tiếng Anh
    .

Kỹ năng Chuyên môn:

  • Hiểu rõ về chiến lược Marketing Nội dung và Quản lý Mạng xã hội.
  • Có kiến thức về
    SEO
    và tối ưu hóa nội dung trên các nền tảng Social & Website.
  • Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng công cụ phân tích dữ liệu như
    Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
    .
  • Thành thạo kỹ năng
    content writing
    và
    copywriting
    , có khả năng tạo nội dung hấp dẫn, sáng tạo trên nhiều nền tảng.
  • Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh tốt, đặc biệt là kỹ năng viết và đọc hiểu nội dung.
  • Thái độ: Tư duy tích cực, chủ động, hòa đồng và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.

Ưu tiên:

  • Có kinh nghiệm xây kênh (Social Media Channel Building) từ đầu.
  • Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực E-commerce/Thương mại điện tử/Shopify.
