Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant Manager located in Chuong My, Ha Noi. The Human Resources Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws. This role will also involve supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, conducting new hire orientation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and employee relations skills
  • Experience in performance management and employee benefits administration
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
