MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Theo dõi, đôn đốc xây dựng kế hoạch tiến độ sản xuất quốc phòng trong Tập đoàn bằng các nguồn ngân sách./Monitor and urge the development of defense production plans.
  • Phối hợp tham gia kế hoạch giám sát sản xuất quốc phòng của các đơn vị trong Tập đoàn; theo dõi tình hình thực hiện các dự án và tiến độ sản xuất, nghiệm thu sản phẩm theo kế hoạch được phê duyệt./Collaborate on the monitoring plan for defense production; monitor project implementation status, production progress, and product acceptance according to approved schedules.
  • Quản lý định mức kinh tế - kỹ thuật các sản phẩm quốc phòng của Tập đoàn./Manage the economic-technical norms of defense products.
  • Tham gia cho ý kiến đối với các phương án SXKD sản phẩm quốc phòng./Provide feedback on defense product production and business plans
  • Phối hợp theo dõi, đánh giá tình trạng chất lượng sản phẩm sau khi nghiệm thu bàn giao cho đơn vị sử dụng./Coordinate monitoring and evaluation of product quality status post-acceptance and handover to the end-user unit.
  • Phối hợp đánh giá chất lượng nhà cung ứng và đối tác sản xuất./Coordinate the quality assessment of suppliers.

YÊU CẦU/ JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Kinh nghiệm/Experience: Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong thiết kế, chế tạo các sản phẩm cơ khí, điện-điện tử/Minimum 3 years in mechanical or electro-mechanical product design/manufacturing.
  • Năng lực/Competency: Trung thực, tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, ham học hỏi; có kỹ năng tổng hợp thông tin, viết báo cáo; đam mê công nghệ, nắm bắt kiến thức nhanh, có khả năng tự đào tạo; tư duy nhạy bén, nhanh nhẹn, năng động, ham học hỏi, thích nghi tốt, có khả năng làm việc với cường độ và áp lực cao; giao tiếp tốt, chủ động, linh hoạt trong công việc./Integrity, meticulousness, responsibility, eagerness to learn, analytical and reporting skills, passion for technology, adaptability, good communication, ability to work under pressure.
  • Trình độ/Education: Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy các chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Cơ điện tử, Chế tạo máy, Kỹ thuật điện, Điều khiển - Tự động hóa, Điện tử viễn thông./Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
  • Ngoại ngữ/Language: TOEIC 650 (IELTS 5.0 hoặc tương đương)/ TOEIC 650 (IELTS 5.0 or equivalent).
  • Ưu tiên/Nice to have:
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các Viện nghiên cứu, Tập đoàn, Công ty về thiết kế, sản xuất sản phẩm công nghệ cao./Experience in R&D institutes, corporations, or companies designing/manufacturing high-tech products.
  • Các ứng viên có trình độ Thạc sĩ, Tiến sĩ trong lĩnh vực cơ khí, điện-điện tử./Master's or Doctoral degree in Mechanical or Electrical–Electronic fields.
  • Các ứng viên đã có các bài báo, bài nghiên cứu được đăng tải hoặc tham gia và đạt các giải thưởng quốc gia, quốc tế trong lĩnh vực cơ khí, điện-điện tử./Published papers or awards in national/international engineering competitions.
