Our client is a leading real estate corporation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

  • Acts as a key advisor to senior leadership on planning and design governance. Responsible for building, evaluating, and approving planning and design frameworks to ensure project quality, compliance, and execution efficiency.

  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and approval of planning briefs and design scopes used for consultant procurement.

  • Evaluate feasibility studies and planning/design proposals to ensure alignment with strategic, regulatory, and financial requirements.

  • Identify and recommend cost–efficient and performance–optimized design solutions.

  • Collaborate with R&D, Business, and Investment teams to translate product and market requirements into planning and design specifications.

  • Assess and recommend planning & design consultants for executive approval.

  • Oversee documentation review, planning design implementation, and baseline design control.

  • Allocate and manage functional resources to maintain project schedules and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related fields from accredited universities.

  • Senior-level background in planning and architectural design within reputable real estate developers or design consultancies.

  • Deep understanding of architectural planning management, project development processes, and relevant construction regulations and standards.

  • Familiarity with internal governance frameworks and company policies.

  • Proficiency in English is preferred.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Project, AutoCAD, etc.

  • Strategic mindset, strong leadership presence, effective communication, integrity, adaptability, and long-term commitment.

  • Capable of synthesizing complex information and delivering clear, structured reports and presentations.
