HR Assistant

Job Description:
· Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements and personal executive tasks related to business activities as requested
· Support office-related paperwork, events and vendors coordination
· Draft contents for internal announcements and support basic external communications and personal brand
· Format and finalize prepared materials and coordinate basic updates for company media uses
· Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificates
· Fresh graduates or candidates with under 2 years of experiences in similar roles are welcomed
· Speaker with good command of English(speaking and writing); Basic tiếng Nga
· Strong writing skills; Having a portfolio is an advantage
· Professional, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members
· High level of integrity and discretion in a professional setting
· Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace
· Experience with social media pages (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn) and simple design tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint) is a plus
· Willingness to learn about ERP/IT environment and internal 1C tools
