1/ About the role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive
HR Generalist Intern
to join our HR team in Hanoi. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across two key HR domains —
Talent Acquisition
and
Total Rewards
. You will play an active role in supporting recruitment activities, HR documentation, and compensation processes that directly impact employee experience.

2/ Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Support the full recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracking reports.
  • Support employer branding activities (e.g., university partnerships, career fairs, social media content).
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing welcome kits, and coordinating orientation sessions.

Total Rewards (40%)

  • In charge of updating intern information in the HR Information file.
  • Prepare internship contracts and manage the signing process for Commitment Form 08.
  • Register Tax Identification Numbers for interns.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll for interns.
  • Support and respond to interns' inquiries related to recruitment, benefits, and other HR matters.

HR Operations & Other Projects (10%)

  • Support other admin tasks and employee engagement projects.

3/ Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in HR — especially in
    Recruitment
    and
    C&B/HR Operations
    .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English (reading and writing).
  • Able to work
    full-time
    or at least
    7–8 days per week (part-time schedule)
    .
