Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Hanoi Capital Region for a Human Resources Generalist. This position take on a comprehensive role within the HR department with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B), while supporting Recruitment and Internal Communications activities. Ensure accurate management of HR data, personnel records, and HR policies in compliance with legal regulations and company standards.

A. C&B (60%)

• Manage monthly timekeeping, payroll data, allowances, bonuses, and employee benefits.
• Maintain and update employee records, labor contracts, and HR decisions in the HR system.
• Handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance procedures, maternity leave, sick leave, resignation procedures, etc., in accordance with the law.
• Monitor and update annual leave, overtime records, and employee movement.
• Support the implementation of performance evaluation, salary review, and year-end bonus processes.
• Prepare periodic HR reports: turnover, absenteeism, compensation statistics, and related HR metrics.
• Propose improvements to enhance C&B processes and HR data accuracy.

B. Recruitment (30%)

• Work with departments to identify hiring needs and develop suitable job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and preparing offer letters.
• Maintain and expand candidate pipelines and recruitment channels.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.

C. Internal Communication (10%)

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (team building, internal events, monthly birthdays, recognition programs, etc.).
• Prepare and publish internal content (newsletters, announcements, HR updates) in Vietnamese and simple English.
• Contribute ideas and support internal communications to promote company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, with solid expertise in C&B.
• Experience working with HR management systems and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and HR compliance.
• English communication
• Strong communication, organizational and problem–solving skills; careful, proactive, and highly responsible.
• Prefer candidates who are dynamic, collaborative, and enjoy participating in internal activities.
