What you do:

- Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee compensation & benefit, documentation, on-boarding, off-boarding, insurance,...
- Other duties as assigned.
- Conducting performance and salary reviews
- Acting as an HR internal consultant to provide specific insights/ solutions to departmental managers, to manage Compensation and Headcount planning.
- Managing the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Good knowledge of laws and regulations of the workplace, employment and labor.
- Proactive, leadership, team management, having good human sense and people-oriented.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist team leader or in a related position
- Good at communications, problem-solving and people skills
- Experience with established startup (after Series B), fast-growing biz Ethical is a plus
- General understanding of human resources policies and procedures
