**Responsibilities**

1、Follow the human resource management policies of the Group company, and formulate the selection, education, use and retention system in Vietnam in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise.

2、According to the needs of the company's human resources, carry out the recruitment operations (including the formulation of job description, salary structure, recruitment and selection process and tools), and build a talent echelon.

3、Establish and update the company's salary and welfare plan, supervise the company's attendance, salary accounting and other processes, to support the development of the company.

4、Manage KPI system, implement performance evaluation procedures; establish training system, organize training activities, and support employee development plan.

5、Handle employee relations, mediate labor disputes, handle salary layoffs and other special human resource-related issues.

6、Establish, review and update employee manual, personnel policies and departmental SOP. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

7. Manage external HR projects and other assigned tasks.

**Skills**

1、Full-time college degree or above, major in human resource management, business management or psychology is preferred

2、5 years working experience in human resources, manufacturing background is preferred

3、In-depth understanding of local labor law and human resources best practices in Vietnam;
4、More experience in the Compensation & Benefit and Recruitment module is preferred;
5、Have SR audit experience is preferred

6、Strong ability to work under pressure, good communication, good sense of responsibility, striver spirit, willing to grow together with the enterprise;
**7、Chinese can basically serve as a working language.**

薪资： 25,000,000₫至35,000,000₫（每月 ）

通勤/搬迁能力:
