Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in the Hanoi Capital Region for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, administering employee records, assisting in benefits administration, and ensuring a productive, employee-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge and experience in Human Resources, HR Management, and applying HR Policies
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role is an advantage
  • Understanding of labor laws and regional compliance is beneficial
