- Input data of new employees, current employees, or related information on the system to ensure the accuracy, validity and update on the system all the time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of HR management such as headcount, absenteeism, etc.
- Check and control daily, weekly, monthly time sheet, time attendance of employees and propose possible solutions/ actions if any issues arise.
- Perform monthly calculation of insurances, salaries, bonuses, and related benefits for employees.
- Control labor cost, budgets and related ones in terms of HR field. Prepare and control labor contracts, decisions, and related HR documents for employees.
- Perform performance evaluation for employees every quarter. Check and control daily, weekly, monthly resignation and prepare related reports. Manage ongoing relationships with internal employees to ensure they receive satisfactory support from HR members.
- Implement the company's policies, regulations, processes, procedures. Propose for further completion of these areas when needed.
