Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Temporary HR Admin (6-month contract) located in Hanoi, Vietnam. The HR Admin is responsible for providing HR administrative support on a day-to day basis. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of processes related to contracts, onboarding-offboarding process, benefits, compliance, employee relations, as well as administrative support within HR Support function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Personnel Management

· Be in charge of labor contract management, new hires onboarding-offboarding process, benefits.

· Prepare HR documents including but not limited to new hire benefits, contract renewal, termination, and other administrative benefit claims.

· Assist payroll Superior by providing relevant employee information including leaves of absence, sick days and timesheet, attendance reports, monthly payroll data, tax code and PIT dependent information.

· Coordinate with HR counterpart to ensure HR services delivering to staff professionally.

· Prepare assigned monthly HR reports.

· Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

HR Database Management:

· Update internal HR databases of employee cycle.

· Be responsible for data input of HR system as assigned.

· Work with partners in HR and other departments to ensure efficient flow of data at all stages, from collection to transformation and storage to reporting.

Administrative Assistance
:

· Assist in handling administrative support for employee's relation including but not limited to announcements, policy socialization, policy updates.

· Assist in fulfilling the paper support to expats or local related to visa, travel arrangements, travel logistics, payment requests, etc.

· 
Coordinate organizing activities for team building and other engagement events for employees.

QUALIFICATION

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR Management or Business Management.

· 1-year experience in same position

· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

· Service oriented mindset, able to handle confidential information with care.

· Can-do attitude

· Good communication and teamwork.

· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

· Fluent in Vietnamese and English
