About the role:
HR & Admin Executive at KKday VN will be responsible for a variety of key functions, including managing the full-cycle recruitment process and executing employee engagement activities. This role also involves performing general Human Resources functions, supporting the daily operations of the HR team, and overseeing Office Management.
To be successful in this role, you must:

Job Description:
Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement/Branding (60%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Conduct multi-channel sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, cold calls) to build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Creating branding content and own the content calendar
- Organizing employee engagement activities on monthly and year-end basis
HR Operations (20%)
- Update and maintain employee masterfiles and records
- Assist with new hire pre-employment duties and onboarding/offboarding documentary
- Organize and Coordinate annual health check-ups.
- Handle employee's enquiries
Admin (20%)
- Petty cash management
- Office payments and management
- Laptop inventory check and update monthly
- Assist in other routine administrative tasks
