We are looking for an experienced Hospital Tender Manager to manage and execute tender activities in hospitals and medical institutions. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of pharmaceutical tender procedures, excellent communication skills, and solid experience working with hospitals.
- Manage the full hospital tender process: document preparation, bidding submission, tender participation, and result follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams (regulatory, sales, logistics, accounting) to ensure all documents are compliant and submitted on time.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, procurement departments, and tender committees.
- Monitor tender schedules, pricing, bidding requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare tender reports, pricing proposals, and recommendation documents.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
- Support sales team with product information and tender strategies.
- Manage tender contracts and ensure timely execution after winning bids.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Over 5 years of Hospital Tender experience in pharmaceutical companies.
- Good English communication skills (speaking & writing).
- Pharmacist practicing certificate – preferred.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam hospital tender regulations.
- Ability to work independently; high responsibility & attention to detail.
