Key Responsibilities
Review tender invitations, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
Coordinate with technical, design, and estimation teams to prepare complete tender submissions.
Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and technical proposals for bidding.
Track tender status and follow up with clients or project stakeholders.
Manage documentation for prequalification, bidding, and post-bid clarification.
Support contract negotiation and handover to project execution teams after winning bids.
Maintain and update the tender database, vendor list, and company profile.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or estimation (preferably in interior or construction industry).
Good understanding of tender procedures and commercial contract terms.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferably AutoCAD or cost estimation software.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
