42dot Vietnam의 Office Administrator는 운영 전반을 지원함으로써 회사가 안정적으로 성장하고 지속가능한 운영 체계를 구축하기 위한 핵심적인 기반을 만드는 역할을 담당합니다. 신설 조직의 효율적인 운영과 안정화, 관리 체계 구축을 주도하며 궁극적으로 회사의 정책 및 프로세스를 정착시키고 운영 효율을 극대화하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

The Vietnam subsidiary of 42dot will serve as
a strategic QA hub dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of automotive software
. Working in close collaboration with 42dot HQ and global R&D centers, the entity will lead
testing, validation, and quality enhancement
efforts for vehicle software systems.

As an
Office Administrator
at our new entity in Vietnam, you will play a foundational role in supporting day-to-day operations and enabling the organization's stable growth. You will help
establish and optimize operational processes
for a newly formed entity, contributing directly to building a
sustainable administrative and management framework
. Ultimately, this role aims to strengthen internal procedures, streamline workflows, and support efficient business operations across the company.

Responsibilities- 총무/사무 관리

  • 회사 정책 및 행정 절차 관리
  • 대내·외 계약서 초안 검토 및 관리, 각종 문서 및 자료 관리
  • 통관 프로세스 관리
  • 구매 요청 및 발주 프로세스 지원

  • 회계 보조

  • 비용 정산 및 보고

  • 기본적인 회계 관리 지원
  • 예산 및 지출 관리 지원

한국어베트남어 통·번역

  • 한국인 관리자 및 HQ와의 협업을 위한 커뮤니케이션 통역
  • 회의, 보고, 현장 업무 등 필요시 통역 지원
  • 업무 지침, 계약서, 정책 문서, 채용 공고 등의 번역

  • 법인장 비서 업무

  • 법인장 일정 관리 (캘린더 관리, 회의 조율, 출장 예약 등)

  • General Administration

  • Manage company policies, administrative procedures, and internal guidelines

  • Review and organize internal/external contract drafts and maintain documentation
  • Oversee import/export and customs-related administrative processes
  • Support purchasing requests and procurement workflows

  • Finance Assistance

  • Support expense reconciliation and reporting

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks
  • Support budget monitoring and expense management

  • Korean–Vietnamese Interpretation & Translation (KOR–VIE)

  • Provide interpretation support for communication between Korean managers and HQ teams

  • Assist with interpretation during meetings, reporting sessions, and on-site activities
  • Translate documents such as guidelines, contracts, policy documents, and job postings

  • Executive Assistant Support

  • Manage the Country Manager's schedule (calendar coordination, meeting arrangements, travel bookings, etc.)

Qualifications

  • TOPIK 4급 이상 또는 한국어 전공 대학 졸업 (혹은 이에 준하는 한국어 기반 의사소통 역량 보유)
  • 총무/행정/비서/경영지원/회계 직무 중 유관 실무 경험 3년 이상
  • 기본적인 회계 지식 또는 구매 관리/비용 정산 경험
  • 한국계 기업에서 실무 경험
  • TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or a university degree in Korean language (or equivalent Korean communication proficiency)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration, office management, executive assistance, general affairs, or finance support
  • Basic understanding of accounting, or experience in procurement/cost settlement
  • Prior experience working in a Korean company

Preferred Qualifications
한국어베트남어 통·번역 관련 경험 또는 자격증 보유- 외국계 또는 다국적 환경에서의 실무 경험
- 계약 관리 및 회계 보조 업무 경험
- Experience or certification in Korean–Vietnamese translation/interpretation
- Work experience in a foreign or multicultural corporate environment
- Experience in contract administration or finance support
