- The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in growing the company’s revenue through effectively onboarding new clients.
- Accountability/Responsibility:

- Primary accountability (lead role):
+ Lead generation and qualification
+ Proposal development
+ Contract negotiation
+ Relationship management
- Secondary accountability (assisting role to support the Department Head):
+ Strategic planning
+ Market research & positioning
+ Competitive analysis
- Other business development duties may be needed.

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- 2-4 year(s) of business development experience at a leading logistics service provider, specializing in contract logistics
- Have extensive network with business leaders at MNCs in FMCG and retail industries

Soft skills:

- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and hunger to deliver excellent work
- Possess empathy, hard work, patience, and persistence
- Have a creative mind with clever solutions
- Good communication at English in both written and verbal
