MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
JOB PURPOSE
Assisting the Training & PD Manager for the learning & development function and also HR Team as requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate to arrange and prepare all requirements for the successful set-up of training events./ Phối hợp với các bên có liên quan để lên kế hoạch & chuẩn bị các yêu cầu cần thiết để triển khai tổ chức các khoá đào tạo.
2. Maintain an effective filing and administration system for the training function including training plans, training records, training evaluation forms, tests, training materials,etc / Bảo đảm duy trì hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu & lưu trữ thông tin đào tạo hiệu quả.
3. Support Training Manager in designing training materials./ Hỗ trợ Quản lý đào tạo trong việc xây dựng các tài liệu đào tạo.
4. Follow up training plan for interns in all departments/ Theo dõi & cập nhật kế hoạch đào tạo của thực tập sinh tại mỗi bộ phận.
5. Keep track & update the training tracking file/ Cập nhật thường xuyên file Quản lý dữ liệu đào tạo.
6. Produce monthly training reports for Training Managers/ Xuất báo cáo đào tạo hàng tháng & gửi cho Quản lý đào tạo.
7. Support to organize associate activities & events as scheduled/ Hỗ trợ tổ chức các hoạt động nội bộ công ty.
8. Other training and HR job upon requested/ Hỗ trợ các hoạt động liên quan đến nhân sự & đào tạo khi được yêu cầu
9. Adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures/ Tuân thủ theo các quy định về an toàn lao động tại nơi làm việc cũng như các quy định khác của công ty
10. Strictly follow information security policy of the company/ Đảm bảo Bảo mật thông tin theo yêu cầu của công ty.
