**KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Platform**: Shopee
**Brand**: Vichy & CeraVe
- Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
- Develop plan, to achieve each brand target on platform.
- Define and implement plan cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, etc)
- Solid administration & organizational skills.
- Solid Commercial & Digital understanding and sensitivity.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Sound communication skills (written & verbal), coupled with the effective ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
- Team player - support the team objectives / sales goals.
- Reliable, energetic, proactive, punctual & able to work independently.
- Demonstrate business understanding and ability to synthesize / analyze data and generate insights.
- Results driven.
- Knowledge of market, customer expectations and brand(s).
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Sales ethics and sensitivity to legal issues and competition law.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- University degree
- Digital savvy, e-commerce obsession
- Very good in teamwork & self-motivated
- Good communication
- Strong negotiation.
- Business driven mindset to drive sales growth.
- Independent, proactive and highly responsible.
- Platform (Shopee) understanding is a plus
- Working experiences in e-commerce at least 3 years
- Good English communication.
