The role
As a **Key Account Manager**, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Vietnam. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.
Your responsibilities include:
- Grow account NMV and revenue
- Build strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts.
- Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy/promotions/growth levers for brands
- Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals.
- Manage cross-functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, chat).
- Ensure all brand/store KPIs are met
- Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
- Responsible for product listings and pricing submission.
- Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner
Who we look for - the ideal profile:
- Min 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Good in English
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
- Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
- Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
- Project management experience
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
